Does anyone have a really good STRONG understanding of how to get Raytrace Extrude to ACTUALLY WORK in the 2018 CC version?

Konnichiwa ~ I'm still new to AE, I'm using cs4 and I'm getting some errors,it's can be use but some of the window can't use...Can U make tutorial or gimmie link to fix this? Hope U reply this!

before I start trying to submit works of mine I thought I would ask which gallery would be the best for this.
Though my works are all created in After Effects the end file is posted as a FLASH file.
Mostly heroine type creations.
I am guessing that either Film & animations , or Misc as most of them are altering of vidoe footage in a way ? ?
